presentation

We are all hairy people

There’s a saying in Spain that goes “if there’s hair, there’s joy”, and Mario León must agree with it completely. He even makes hair up where it doesn’t exist. He once took five anonymous passport photos he had found and illustrated them in black and white, life-size pictures, while making their faces become very hairy. He did it for his object-book Gente Peluda and today, if you dare, he’ll do it with your face at the Loring-Art book shop (he’ll only be there for two hours so you better hurry). Take part in the experiment, have some laughs and take home your own Chewie-style portrait
